We have been operating the Restaurant-Hotel Obauer since 1979. After years working together in top restaurants both in Austria and abroad, Karl took over the venerable establishment in Werfen, while Rudi was engaged by several restaurants in France, where he deepened his knowledge of top-flight classic and creative cuisine at the side of such illustrious chefs as Emile Jung, Alain Chapel and the Troisgros brothers.
